SEERC 2025 Rules
The ICPC South Eastern Europe Regional
ICPC Europe is organized into four contest regions: CERC (Central Europe), NWERC (North Europe), SEERC (South-East Europe), and SWERC (South-West Europe). These regions cover more than 40 countries and are home to more than 1500 universities among which many of the best-ranking universities in the World. In the 2022-23 Europe regional contests over 450 teams participated in the qualifying regionals to gain a spot in the World Finals. Participation has increased in recent years and since only a limited number of teams can advance to the World Finals, the regional contests serve as crucial stepping stones for teams across Southeastern Europe.
The 2025 ICPC Southeastern Europe Regional Contest (2025 ICPC SEERC) will be ON-SITE in Thessaloniki, Greece and Lviv, Ukraine, in 12-14 of December 2025. This marks a historic milestone, as it will be the first time in 30 years that SEERC is held in Greece.
The SEERC region includes countries such as Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Moldova, Romania, Serbia, Turkey, and Ukraine. The contest brings together the best university teams from across Southeastern Europe, all competing for qualification spots to advance to higher-level competitions.

Teams are permitted to bring a Team Reference Document during the contest. The TRD must be submitted to the organizing committee at the time of registration. Please ensure your team reference materials are prepared and ready for submission during the registration process
Registration
To participate in the contest, please register on the ICPC website before the registration deadline. The registration process is similar to the one in previous years see call for participation. For any queries regarding the organization of the contest, please send an email to the organizing committee.
