The SouthEastern Europe Regional Contest
of the International Collegiate Programming Contest

Dear Colleagues,

We have the pleasure to invite the team of your university this year at SEERC.
Please find here the information about the 2024-2025 SEERC.
The SouthEastern European Regional Contest data are:

Sites:

  • Thessaloniki, Greece (On-Site!)
  • Lviv, Ukraine (On-Site!)

Period: 12-14 December 2025.
Contest: 14 December 2025.

Regional Boundaries include the following countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Moldova, Romania, Serbia, Turkey, and Ukraine.

Registration must be complete by November 22th 2025, online on the ICPC website. Also it is necessary to send by email the scanned registration form filled in, with the signature for eligibility from the dean of Department

The teams that have solved the most problems by the end of the contest qualify for the ICPC World Finals and the ICPC Europe Championship.

Registration on the ICPC website:

  1. Go to: the ICPC website
  2. Login (if you do not have an account, click Sign Up and create one)
  3. Make sure you select the current year (2025-2026) on the top-right
  4. On the left side, click on “Create team(s)”
  5. On the map, select “Europe Contests”
  6. Expand “The 2025 ICPC Europe Championship” > “The 2025 ICPC Southeastern Europe Regional Contest”
  7. Select the one of the two sites where you want to compete (Thessaloniki or Lviv); look for the green puzzle pieces to easily identify the sites
  8. Fill in information regarding your team(s). Please note that, according to regional rules: “A representative of the sponsoring institution of higher education, typically a faculty member, must be designated and registered as the team coach. A team may only have one registered coach, and that coach cannot also be a contestant.”

Please also send by email the scanned registration form filled in, with the signature for eligibility from the dean of Department
